At Henrys Simms Lettings we provide a first class service to all our landlords. Whether you have just one property to let or a large property portfolio we provide the same level of service. We offer a range of options to suit your requirements from finding you a tenant to managing your rental properties.

We also offer Rent Protection Insurance

Our landlord rent protection insurance protects 100% of your rental income up to £50,000 and covers legal expenses associated with evicting a defaulting tenant up to a maximum of £50,000.

Management Package

We can manage your property for you.

Option 1 - 10% of the monthly rental amount

Option 2 - £30 a month management fee with a £195 admin fee.
